Terms and Conditions of Hire

1. Wherever possible all orders should be made either online at www.poshcleaningandlinen.co.uk/booking.php or on a Posh Cleaning and Linen Order form. We will also accept orders over the telephone or via our e-mail address. Confirmation of any order will be sent to you either by post or e-mail. Our telephone number and e-mail address can be found on the contact page.
2. All hire items should be booked as soon as possible to avoid disappointment and certainly you should aim to book at least three weeks prior to your holiday. Such late booking may attract additional terms such as delivery charge.
3. Cancellation of the order or part thereof will attract a cancellation charge of one-quarter of the weekly hire rate for all item(s).
4. The hirer must take good care of the items hired and pay for any damage or loss. Any existing damage or omission of hired items must be reported to us within 24 hours.
5. Linen and towels are not to be taken out of the property in any circumstances. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
6. Hire charges for linen and towels must be paid for in full at least two weeks prior to the commencement of holiday by separate cheque made payable to Posh Cleaning and Linen and should not be included in any rental agreement with your letting agent.
7. Receipts will not be issued unless specifically requested.
