Holiday home changeover service

 

POSH CLEANING AND LINEN was established in 2004 by husband and wife team Paul and Jill Dibben.

The business has gone from strength to strength and we now have on our books 30 holiday properties for which we are caretakers/managers and the owners’ representative on the Island. These properties are rented out through a major national holiday company and the majority of them attract bookings of between 25 to 40 weeks of the year.

We have a team of dedicated housekeepers who take pride in their work and clean and prepare the properties to an extremely high standard.

A small maintenance team who can be called on should there be any problems that need to be resolved quickly and efficiently are also available.

Guests are made aware that they can always contact us should they have a need to during their stay and we are always on hand to resolve any issues that they may have.

Cleans are carried out as required on a changeover day and the properties are carefully prepared for incoming guests with clean linen and bed making, a welcome tray if required, fresh flowers or wine can also be provided.

Checks of the property are also carried out during times when the property is empty to ensure that no problems arise.

In addition to our own portfolio of the above properties we have also won the housekeeping contract for a prestigious Island based holiday company and have a further 70 properties to look after and turn around during the year.

Because of the volume of bed linen and towels that we were having to deal with, we have opened up a small commercial laundry and we can offer a full laundry service together with providing the linen and towels etc. if so required.
