Properties are cleaned on changeover day to a very high standard with the housekeepers working from a checklist to ensure that all evidence of previous tenants are removed and the property is presented in readiness for new guests.

Laundry / Linen Service

if linen is provided, a full laundry service is offered, and all beds will be made up on every changeover. Owners of properties may use their own linen or Posh can offer full bed sets and towels to be put in on their behalf.

Welcome Packs

We are also able to offer an arrival amenity pack which includes the following:

• Tea/Coffee/Milk/Sugar sachets and packs of biscuits
• Toilet roll for each toilet
• J cloth, scourer and washing up liquid for kitchen
• Black refuse sack, bin liner for all bins

During summer months a jug of cold drink will be left in the fridge.
